Legacy Pursuit Solutions (LPS) provides security consulting, surveillance installation, and tactical training. All services are subject to a specific written contract signed by the client.

2. Limitation of Liability

While LPS utilizes high-end technology and professional personnel, our services are intended as a deterrent and aid to security. LPS does not guarantee the total prevention of criminal acts, fire, or other incidents. We are not liable for losses due to system interruptions beyond our control (e.g., power failure, internet outages).

3. Proper Use of Equipment

Clients are responsible for the lawful use of surveillance equipment installed on their premises. LPS is not responsible for privacy violations resulting from client-directed camera placements in prohibited areas.

4. Tactical Training

Academy participants must adhere to all safety protocols. LPS reserves the right to remove any individual who demonstrates unsafe behavior during firearms or tactical training.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

2. Technical and Connectivity Failures

Modern security systems rely heavily on third-party infrastructure. LPS shall not be held liable for system failures resulting from circumstances beyond our direct control, including but not limited to:

• Regional or local power outages.
• Interruption of Internet Service Provider (ISP) signals or satellite connectivity.
• Cyber-attacks, hacking, or unauthorized digital interference with hardware.
• Hardware malfunctions caused by extreme weather conditions in the Houston area (heat, humidity, flooding).

3. Tactical Training Risk Assumption

Participation in the LPS Tactical Training Academy involves inherent risks associated with the handling of firearms and less-lethal equipment. By enrolling in any training program, the participant voluntarily assumes all risks of personal injury or property damage. LPS disclaims all liability for accidents resulting from a participant’s failure to strictly follow safety protocols or instructor commands.

4. Use of Hidden and Surveillance Equipment

LPS provides professional installation of covert and overt surveillance equipment. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that the use of such equipment complies with Texas and Federal privacy laws. LPS disclaims all liability for legal actions arising from the client’s use of surveillance technology in areas where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists (e.g., restrooms, changing rooms, or private residential areas of third parties).

5. Limitation of Professional Advice
